A rich, full bodied coffee with notes of red cherry and chocolate.
From Greater Goods: "Sourced from Fazenda Rainha, managed by José Renato G. Dias, the farm is comprised of 280 hectares of which 200 hectares are planted with mostly Yellow Bourbon. The coffee is harvested at peak ripeness and processed at their own mill. After drying, the coffee is conditioned in wooden granaries. An eight-time finalist in Cup of Excellence Brazil, including 1st place in 2011, the coffee Fazenda Rainha produces is some of the best coming out of Brazil."
